 Kevin Woolcott is based at the Forrest Hill Tennis Centre. A strong believer in coach education, Kevin has been a coach educator for the TNZ education program, and a past (two term, four year) president of Coaching New Zealand in the Hillary Commission era. Kevin's roles in tennis after playing internationally have included TNZ National Coach, Fed Cup Coach, World Youth Cup coach and more recently non playing captain of the IC World Junior Challenge team. He is now a director of Tennislife Coaching which employs five coaches and has been based at the Forrest Hill Tennis Centre for the past eighteen years. For more about Kevin, click here.

Sue Nixon has been involved in tennis on the North Shore for over sixteen years, both as a player and volunteer administrator. She was a member of Northcote Lawn tennis club for nine years where she was a member of their Chelsea Cup Team and also played in their premier midweek and weekend teams. Sue was a member of the Tennis North Harbour Junior Board from 1992 until July 2000. In that time she was Chairperson for two years, also Convenor of Tournament, Coaching and Selection subcommittees. As a junior Sue played her tennis at Whakatane Lawn Tennis Club and represented Bay of Plenty as a junior. |
